If you happen to find yourself in need of medical attention, this facility is full of fantastic caring people. We have had the long waits, the crowded waiting rooms, the agonizing wait for information at every ER or hospital stay we have had the unfortunate privilege to visit and this very small facility is no exception. BUT, the people that work here, live here. They care what and how there community is treated! A friendly smile, a caring nod, or a warm blanket and an extra chair given in a stressful situation, in an overcrowded ER is sometimes just what you need to make all the difference.

Went to the ER at 1am. They put us in a dirty room! Was still a solution bag hanging on pole. Trash in all three trash cans! Nurse was so rude! Why people hate going to the ER and rather stay home and suffer.

The staff here is extremely rude, inconsiderate, and have absolutely zero respect/compassion for anyone who comes in for mental health reasons (especially if you make an attempt). They will also lie to you and tell you that you don't have rights and are no longer a human being if you're on an involuntary hold.

During the past year, my Mother spent many days/nights inpatient there. We could not have found better care anywhere - Dr. Griffin Arnold, Dr. Simmons, the hospital staff, and especially the nurses were the best anywhere, and I include Little Rock hospitals. For such a rural area, this hospital was well staffed, clean, and most of all showed compassion.

I highly recommend this hospital from emergency services to being admitted. I was admitted last month and again this week. The entire staff from CNA to nurses to doctors are incredible. The respiratory therapists are excellent as well. I believe Dr. Gray was the first one I saw last month. Dr. Arnold was my doctor for both stays and Dr. Bozeman was my E.R. doctor this past weekend. They took great care of me but so did the nurses and the rest of the staff that aided in my care and needs. They got to the root of my illness and only let me leave when the home equipment and medicine I will continue to use/take was proven to be available upon my release! Thanks again to ANY of the staff reading this. My family (which you were great to as well) and I truly appreciate ALL you did for me! You're wonderful!

I genuinely and personally have never had ANY good experience here. Not a single person and I mean a single person is polite here. From the administration being rude, to the nurse and even the doctor. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life..

They saved my life when I had pneumonia. Dr. Kauffman & all the staff were very caring. Very thorough and knew exactly what had to be done. They made me feel like family.i think I was there 7 days.

I recently took my mom into FCH for acute UTI and bladder infection, the ER nurses and doctors were amazing but as soon as she was put on the general floor the quality of care went downhill. The food was sub adequate, 1 silver dollar sized egg and 1 piece of bacon with a 6 ounce plastic cup of juice. Then when i visited her yesterday i come to find out that the nursing staff breached the median cubital vein multiple times. And severely bruised her arm, I wouldn't take a dying dog to FCH and may be looking into legal action for the care on the general floor.
