As a FOE member, this is one of the nicest locations I've been to. Location, location, location with some cool history and really friendly members. I booked my week long stay in Ketchikan near here, knowing I'd have a safe and welcoming place to visit close to "home."

Had a blast visiting with Sisters and Brothers at Eagles #162! Lindy is warm and welcoming, not to mention a superb bartender. They have a great location right along the creek. Eagle members, be sure to show your card and enjoy your second drink on the house. They have an active kitchen that attracts locals and visitors.

Great place to sit and have a beer ! Friendly people here! A friendly member signed us in as guests, loved it ! I have been in the FOE in Sutherland, VA. , but I'm not a member. Both places were accommodating to us. Highly recommended

My in-laws visited Ketchikan from Southern California and were allowed to join last year 2023. They were received with kindness and the food was good. They told the Eagles they would return and they did in July 2024. The Eagles were the total opposite of how they were in 2023. Even I was looking to join a well respect led club like the Eagles, one that my retired cop/best friend belongs too. My in-laws and all the adults that were with this group eager to meet the Eagles we heard good things about. It’s too bad they received us in such a negative manner. If your think the Eagles of this town will treat you good if you are an “out of towner” they probably won’t.

Owner was extremely rude. As someone who is a respectful tourist, the last thing you want is for a local to make you feel unwelcome. I wouldn’t like to contribute ever again to a locally owned business where I am treated horribly. Don’t go.

Wonderful time being an eaglette. The bartender told us how high up we were and said the word Riesling. He also told us what lake we were on. 10/10
