I spent several days here after a fall caused two breaks in my left femur. I had terrific care from the entire nursing staff. They were efficient and prompt despite being short handed. My shout out would be to their physical therapy team(Devon and Jerrell) who worked hard to get me back into condition to make the seven hour journey home

I have had the pleasure of working at Franciscan as an Admissions coordinator my relative stay here last year to get therapy . My family Memeber has never stayed at a SNF so it was hard for them to make a decision but they did and he was happy the nurses Mayra and Luisa and Jaz were amazing with my family member. they went above and beyond and made him feel at home and treated him like family.

Saying this place wasnt as good as anberry...wrong!..it turns out my mother prefered this over any other facility...these are real people who treat others with respect...i saw first hand caring nurses..very clean facility...physical therapy done safely..mother was well taken care of..nurses are very considerate..a little small and outdated..but overall great place for rehab...wish they built this place brand new bigger with the same people.

I have been here almost three yars and the care seems to have improved over time. The staff are truly caring people and the CNAs are wonderful and so thoughtful and friendly. I never want for anything, from the simplest to the most complex of things. I couldn't have wished for a better place to spend my later years.

My mother was a resident of this skilled nursing facility for over 4 yrs, first in Memory Care, and later in Post-Acute, both of which are excellent. This place was an answer to prayer & a Godsend! They're head & shoulders over any facility I know of. They have a personal touch & a warm, inviting environment. They are not about the $$ like many out there. I have health challenges myself & they always worked to accommodate me & made me feel welcome when I visited my mother. The staff there had a relationship with my mom & knew her, she wasn't just another patient to them. The facility is clean & it doesn't have that smell many other facilities do. They have done a wonderful job navigating through the pandemic. While some facilities had horrible outbreaks & losing many patients, that was not the case with them. My mom only diagnosed once & she was fine, with her being administered C.D, and zinc by rx from their doctor. I was quite impressed. They are not 100% perfect but probably as close as one can get! I wish 4.5 stars was an option. The doctor talked to me once when Mom first admitted, but for some reason it did not seem possible to talk to him after that, though I wanted to, so marked down for that. There are some excellent wonderful staff there & I will truly miss seeing them. They knew me when I went to see my mom & they would tell me heart warming stories about my mom whenever I visited, & it was like we were all family. May God bless all of you!
