One of the best clinics I have been too, they are so sweet and kind and they take care of me every time. They are pretty quick, I’ve never sat there for hours. The two doctors there are the best, they make sure to follow up with results and make sure I’m ok! I would definitely recommend. Also it is all women which makes it a bit more comforting. 10/10!

I have been coming here since I can remember and all of my visits have been exceptional thanks to the staff! They really make me feel welcomed and comfortable, even in uncomfortable situations. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable, always making sure all my questions are answered. Thank you!!

Honestly I was skeptical at first (with experiencing another place that offers similar services that isn’t planned parenthood in my area) it’s hard to find a place that’ll accept emergency MediCal and also offer all the services a woman would need, and without getting into details about my appointments, I’ve had two so far and they’ve been great with discretion, (for anyone with anxiety sometimes there are protesters there in the morning, I was fortunate enough to have someone walk me in when they were there, but usually clear out by the afternoons it seems.) They make you feel comfortable, it’s mostly women except for maybe one male doctor and he’s always with a female nurse or doctor in the room with you, and the wait wasn’t bad at all both times I’ve gone. I’m going to continue to go for my next doses of vaccines. And when I went for Birth Control they gave me a years worth with emergency contraception. They’ve been very helpful honestly.

Awful wait times. I waited over 2 hours for a Pap smear. They’re incredibly unprofessional and disorganized!

I would give them 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Absolutely amazing staff, very polite, attentive and helpful! Speacial thank you to a doctor named Tiffany. She did the procedure that is suppose to be charged from my pocket but they won't. It was my first time here. I didn't even know if I'll be eligible for a financial assistance but they directed me perfectly with all I have to do and I got approved for the the State of California Health Access program. Super happy since I like take care of myself but I've been struggling lately, so couldn't afford vistining doctors and medical insurance no more. I'm not an American, everything I go through here is new for me. So I did my annual check without paying a penny. My friend advice me FPA Women's health as an option and it worked perfectly!!! She did birth control chip with FPA (one of the latest creations) that cost like 1500 for free as she got approved too! You are amazing! Take care of ourselves and be healthy is the key to a long life full of wonderful moments! Thank you, team FPA Women's Health for the great job, especially Mission Hills department!!! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Horrible wait times. I arrived 30 mins early for my appointment and I STILL had to wait 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen. It’s truly ridiculous.

I want to start by saying I have extreme health anxiety that’s only increased with a lack of good experiences with medical professionals. So I came in nervous even though it was just for birth control refill. The nurse I had was nice but noticed my blood pressure was a little high which trigger my anxiety even more, to which I explained to her I’m really nervous. They took my blood pressure again which was higher now because now I’m even more nervous and she says we’ll see what the doctor says.

At that point I’m unable to calm down and I’m put into a room to wait for the doctor. The doctor comes in and is nice but tells me the same thing but now is telling me all the bad things that will happen if my blood pressure is high and I continue on my pill (stroke, heart attack, etc.). This is when I state again that I have bad health anxiety and that’s probably causing my high blood pressure. Now this what upset me the most, the doctor response that basic anxiety would not raise my blood pressure and I quote “even if a car was coming straight at me my blood pressure shouldn’t rise” Now I’m in full blown panic and start crying and she takes me blood pressure again and of course it’s high because I’m stressed beyond belief.

I left feeling gaslit and traumatized because I felt like wasn’t being listened to and stressed out further which kept making my results worse. I know health anxiety exist and I know that it makes my heart feel like it’s going to jump out my chest which of course is going to affect my blood pressure! So instead of helping me calm down to get an accurate reading and kept being told my anxiety had nothing to do with of it.
