I adopted a dog in 1996. Had him 16 years. The staff was wonderful then. Now my neighbor had 9 dogs, been trying to call them, left 3 messages and not a call back. These dogs are hungry and they are killing each other. And these people will not call me back. What kind of people are working here now?

I went and talked to them about my dog being stolen, and they assure me that they would put it on their website which they never did. Like it was no concern of theirs. Cannot reach them by phone at the shelter cannot reach them by their own personal phone. Strictly at nords all the way around.
