Foothills Conservancy is going incredible work in our region. Having helped preserve more than 65,000 acres of wildlife (including local farms) in Southern Appalachia has been nothing short of miraculous.

It's encouraging to see so many nearby acres protected as publically owned land or in preserves.

The rural/backcountry nature of the Foothills is what makes this area so special.
