I would give 6 stars if I could! This place is amazing. It’s always stocked well, super clean, and you couldn’t ask for better customer service. Management team is professional. This is our place to shop. Highly recommend coming to this location. Very professional.

My friend just shopped there tonight. He was going to cash in his lotto scratch off when a manager with white hair and glasses told him that the customer service desk is closed. Then he was going to the lotto machine to get more scatch offs and the same manager stopped him from making a puchase. She told him she had to do the inventory. He told her that it was only going to take him a minute to get his scratch off from the machine. It was 9:20pm when he left the store and the website says the store doesnt close until 11pm. I remember when I worked retail, we could not do any inventory until the last customer left the store. I just hope it was not racially motivated, since we are Latinos. I know I am not shopping there!

I gotta give a shout out to my local food lion staff. I saw the ad for $.29 lb turkey I wrk 3rd shift went in this morning thought my bill was high but I paid it. After a nap I realized I paid too much. I called and I didn't realize I had to spend $35 or more. I was able to take the turkey back purchase required amount and get the turkey for the sale price. I have a elderly parent who has to go to the store alone when I wrk the staff here looks out and is always there for us. I appreciate them so much. Thank y'all...

should be zero I keep being told by managers that MVP specials are out at the warehouse But guess what all the other food lions in the area seem to have them I didn't know that the store in Maiden NC had their oun warehouse !!!! Management at this store is a JOKE !! They seem to have plenty of time to play and are quick with excuses when they can't seem to do their job !!! Don't waste you time here
