Krissy J is the best cashier with the best customer service that I’ve seen in a while. Please give her a raise. Please promote her. I’m only giving this establishment 5 stars because they made a smart move hiring Krissy J.

Erick I would say is one of the best employees. Super friendly and genuine and a quick cashier as well. Food 4 less has great prices and products!! I definitely recommend this store! I can also add that the aisles are clear, and organized which made it easy to shop for what I was looking for. The pictures are as proof, hope they help 😊

Everything is good and convenient, price is right personnel courteous and helpful the only problem is open cashiers there is not enough big lines trying to pay. You finish your shopping in 2 minutes and wait 20 minutes to pay there’s like 7 checkouts but only 2 available.

I don't know what's going on at this food 4 less , but it totally lacks professionalism. While shopping i noticed some of the produce was not fresh and as well as some items on the shelves along with meats that were expired. I noticed they had fried chicken that looked to be just made so I decided to grab a box for lunch. OMG I understand this is a grocery store and I shouldn't have expected much but let me tell you whoever is frying the chicken back there needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY for even serving the public such disgusting food , the health department should be notified. Dry, hard, over cooked, and absolutely no flavor what's so ever my dog wouldn't even eat it. I don't recommend anyone purchasing the fried chicken never, however like I said get someone that knows what they're doing in the kitchen immediately!!!

I have observed some significant issues at this store regarding workplace conditions and customer service. Employees appear to be under pressure, possibly fearing job loss, despite the store maintaining a poor standard of quality. For example, there have been instances of open bread, damaged food items, and improperly handled dairy and pantry goods.

Cashiers often engage in long, inappropriate conversations, including using profanity, even in the presence of children. Management appears to lack motivation, with managers performing below average and failing to enforce proper work ethics. Cashiers also seem to lack adequate training, leading to frequent mistakes that could impact cash register accuracy and potentially contribute to high turnover rates.

There’s clearly a lot to address, and corporate intervention may be necessary to resolve these issues and improve overall performance.

One of the very affordable places to go grocery shopping. It can get crowded at times. Sales price comes at the end of the transaction and you see the savings

Horrible customer service, spoiled food, bacterial growth ahead of due date. Attempted to get an exchange for an $8 bread that went bad within a couple of days while unopened, still in the original packaging and in the fridge. Initially a cashier/assistant manager assumed I couldn't afford to purchase another, fresh bread and that it was the reason I was trying to get this item exchanged, her comment was totally inappropriate, I replied that I 've been in situations when I'm short on cash, but it wasn't the case this time around, she then replied that my time was less important than an $8 bread since I made the trip to the store just to make the exchange, thankfully the issue at hand wasn't lack of money, but a need to make them aware of a possible contaminated item or batch of products. To my complete surprise a manager named Victoria was even less professional, she refused to even listen to my complaint or request, I had previously sent my son to shop for ice cream and return it while at the store on September 6, and they wouldn't exchange the item, my son left and purchased the ice cream across the street. Disappointed at their response and the way they treated my son I personally came to the store on my way to work on September 10, and the due date was September 11. Victoria for the second time not only refused to take responsibility for an $8 item out of $250 total purchase, instead she walked away on me and called security to ask me out, I thought to myself: Am I about to be forced out? a loyal, paying client being asked to leave or else. I was not shouting nor calling names nor making a scene as I've witnessed other people do before. I did walk out per their request, and cancelled my planned shopping. I'll be writing a note to upper management and making a call to the corporate office. Clearly Victoria has no tact, has little education and less training, she could have approached the situation differently. Hopefully someone will respond to the request. Victoria decided not to lose a $4 profit out of an $8 item which was clearly contaminated and sub-standard and instead lost a lifetime customer worth over $9000.00/year, multiply that by 20 + years expected lifetime value, a lost profit of over $100,000.00 on the low end for them over that period of time. This is how much Food4Less values my business and yours. They never asked me to leave while disbursing thousands of dollars over the years, and this one time I discovered a stale item before eating it I'm asked to leave the store for requesting an explanation. Other companies do care about customer feedback, @kroger , @food4less , anyone? Thankfully this is a free market, grocery stores abound, and they all need clients.
