I did not get help from this company. I’m on an a budget and have expenses. They want information about people who don’t live with me. My job has ended and they want my company to say I don’t work there anymore. It’s none of their business. Too many people are given too much money in this state and they buy junk food. And they abuse the system. I’m hurt. I have worked my whole life. I have expenses and need some
Money for food. I can live on the street and then maybe they will give me but I won’t have an address. I’m so hurt and upset and the girl was super rude with me.

2 lines one for appoinment one to all public, no body know what line is, when ask to agent what happened with my line she told me on rude language wait this line is for appoinment, ok wait for the other line same issue. Need sign to organization of lines also i don't know if agents on the counter have courses how to work with public in special case to elderly people. I think agens work for free because are so angry.

Horrible customer service at the front desk always. Walked in the front desk lady was on a personal phone call she tried helping me so I suggested that she finished her call and could wait. She wanted to go ahead and help me while she was still on a personal phone call. She proceed to ask for my personal information and then asked for my social security number, of course I said I didn’t felt comfortable providing that information while she had someone on her personal cellphone listening to our conversation ( she didn’t even tried to mute the sound so the person in the other line couldn’t hear ) of course typical Cuban she got upset and gave me a actitud because I said I didn’t felt comfortable providing my social with her phone call going on. How do you don’t know the principals of customer service when your job is just that, customer service. Working somehow for the government doesn’t give you the right to miss treat people or be on you phone talking about personal matters while the customer waits. Specially in offices like this that people come for help.

Horrible! I just came to the office at 3:30 pm and the schedule says closing time 5pm, a bouch of peoples came with me at the same time, the representative opened the door and we got into, they kicked us out telling us the office were closed from 2:30pm, they hadn't no sign outside showing this, they had only 5 peoples inside the room and with those people were enough to 5pm, they were very nasty with all of us, if you need more information about it let me know, I already gave a complaint to a supervisor, very bad the public workers are doing this to our community, mistreated and frustrated is how we feeling, I have a group of person who are able to be witness of this issue.
