Having Josh as a resource and guide through the recruiting process was extremely helpful. There were many occasions where he was able to communicate directly with schools and get honest feedback about their interest in our son. It made it a lot easier to narrow our focus and dedicate more time and attention to the right schools. This is by far the most challenging time in college recruiting with the number of changes that have taken place over the past couple of years. Our son attended the showcase camp with flat grounds this past weekend at Sims Park and Gastonia, North Carolina. We’ve been to many camps over the last couple years, and this was by far the best camp we have experienced. Prior to the camp, Flat Ground provided Coaches contacts for my son to interact with. They shared highlights on their Twitter page which was seen by many many people. And they have provided information for my son to follow up with Coaches after the camp. They said there would be 20 to 25 coaches there, but other camps we’ve heard the same thing but it has not come to pass. This was not the case with Flat Ground, they delivered and had those coaches there, and they stayed to the very end of the camp. The coaches intermingled with the players, And watched every drill being done. With regards to the camp itself, the drills were organized, metrics were taken, and they had live pitching sessions with the pitchers and batters. Hopefully this will be about an opportunity for my son, but regardless, it was the best opportunity he’s ever had to showcase his talent to coaches and scouts present at this camp. I would highly recommend sending your son to an event scheduled by Flat Grounds
