This place helped save my life! If you’re a first responder looking for help, this is the place! This place understands us and being amongst friends and peers really helped me out.
The entire program is diverse and all of their programs come together to help us all grow and improve. I absolutely loved this place! Yoga, breathing exercises, counseling, group therapy, and the beach make this a great experience.
The staff were absolutely amazing. They did an excellent job of obtaining outstanding staff to help heal our experiences.

Saved my life! Many options for services but none that supports first responders like they do. Best place to learn for me was the fire pit with like minded people.

While some people who need detox may not be first responders. The actual program does not mix with civilians other than the counselors. Tiffany was/ is a great counselor. Not sure what the grievance is. Some people aren’t ready for the reality of addiction, PTSD, substance abuse, or depression. FRW covers a wide range of issues and focuses on first responder wellness in whole! They are straight forward and if you are willing to make the change and address your issues without contempt then you will find this program is exactly what you need.

There aren't enough words to express the profound gratitude I have for this place. Truly saved my life, and the lives of so many other First Responders suffering from PTSD, Addiction, and Depression. As a First Responder that suffered with all three, I entered into this program a shell of my former self and through completing 90 days here have come out on the other side with the skills I need to be successful mentally, spiritually, and professionally. The facilities are great, and location should not and cannot be complained about as it is located closely to the beach, which provides a whole different aspect of healing that has since become a source of treatment, through collaborating with Open Water. But most importantly, the staff completely makes the world spin at this place. I can't speak highly enough of these induvial that have helped me regain my life, and they are worthy of the praise they receive, and are deserving of recognition as they all dedicate themselves daily to clients.

I had the pleasure of working with Meghan Mirabal, who provided guidance while in treatment and set me up with my aftercare plan that has allowed me to be successful in restoring my relationships, sense of self and self-esteem. Chris Logan served the program as a mentor to so many and has been an encouraging member of what I call my FRW family, his presence in my life is a blessing I can't be thankful enough for. Scott Irwin is such a good role model for any Veteran looking for help in a world that offers them little, as he goes above and beyond for those who have served like himself. The list goes on and on as everyone there are not only certified to handle the complexities of the First Responder world, but they are dedicated to providing the best quality service they can, to save lives daily.

If you or someone you know is struggling, sending them here would be a Godsend.

First Responder Wellness saved my life and gave me the tools to maintain a clean and sober life. I went to FRW on March 13th, 2022, and it changed my life.

I went into this place suffering from addiction and depression and PTSD. This is not your typical rehab facility at all. They understand the dynamics of firstresponders. The staff here is amazing and so helpful beyond belief. When I came here, I was scheduled for the 45 day program. I stayed for close to 90 days. I didn't want to leave because I was learning so much about myself and addiction. I will always recommend this place to fellow firstresponders.

If you are reading this and on the fence about coming here, think about this. You are reading this for a reason, and what you are doing is not working. Change is a phone call away.

Don't Trust this Place. They only want your good insurance Policy. They will mix Police and Fire with civilian Heroin and Fentanyl addicts.
