The staff is so kind and welcoming. When I called The woman who I met today even stayed and waited an extra 15 min for me to get there before she went to lunch so I didn’t have to wait another hour for her to come back.

I visited 5 month's ago to leave donations. Red Cross was "Supposedly in charge !" They pulled everything out of my car to take"only new ITEMS !" I made them put thing's back in bags & boxes that I was kind enough to bring to the Glenn County Fair grounds ! Lady points & said drive over there & leave bag's and boxes there. Did as she demanded.

They are always supportive, non Judgmental and understanding! I’ve always gotten help when needed. Diapers, wipes etc. 😃
