The facility is amazing. I recommend the usage of services because they are clean, the staff are kind and competent, and the security ensures your safety. This is a very effective building for our community. It provides resources for individuals that really are seeking help and support. It is not a hang out spot. People who care about helping people improve their situation, work in this building and it is the primary location to make positive things happen in our community. Keep up the great work!

This place is a joke Noone gets help in the man who running it let's other people do what they want in it the ones in the wheelchairs they can run people feet over in they don't care let them wheelchair woman run your feet over in break your feet them ones in the wheelchair can walk in you stick up for them I have the right to be mad in Noone gets the services they need or help they need like it used to be it a waste of time going in for your information I was very sick there today in you was very rude to me I hope that day center get shut down or other people take over cause it went to the drain in don't worry I won't be coming back cause your very rude instead of getting on my case why don't you step up in make that center day better in I will not let anyone run my feet over in your not my doctor my doctor told me my big toes are broken in im not letting them bully me at that day center the ones in them wheelchairs in another thing them showers need whip down better I got very sick in still not out of the woods from this sickness there 100 people using them showers every day in Noone knows what someone got

So this place is great for a plate of food daily and computer access they also have free laundry area and you can shower there for free it’s nice ! However if u need real help like your about to be homeless cuz u can’t pay rent one month or ur electric is cut off or about to be cut off , FORGET IT ! You won’t get that kind of help from them ! Wich makes them the same as any of other place in this terrible city ! There are a million places that say they will help you if u need help paying for rent or electricity or whatever but the minute you try to reach out and ask for help they say these same exact words every single time every single place “oh sorry we are out of funding but you can check back at a later date we might be able to help then when he get funding again “ ! Smh sad as hell ! There is absolutely NO REAL HELP IN THIS CITY IF U NEED A BILL PAID OR HELP PAYING RENT ONCE OR ANY REAL HELP ! I will be homeless and my dogs will be dead soon because I can’t pay my rent I’m being by a month and I can’t get a lick of help just resources ! It’s ok for me ! Sndf
