A blessing for people who have their dear ones admitted in UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital at San Francisco city. Basic facilities, neat and clean, absolutely free of cost, free food for 4 days in a week, free shuttle service to hospital which is 10 minutes' walking distance away; what more do you want in your time of distress? God bless the NGO/s and/or Trust/s who are running it. It is a boon for my daughter and son-in-law.

Amazing place really when you are away from your home due to medical reasons it's so nice to not have to worry where you will be staying so it's close to hospital and having a kitchen where we can bring your own food and it's like a home away from home we are so thankful to have this place available when we need to be with our baby at ucsf we really can't say enough thank you for everything

Our home away from home for close to 7 years now, don't know what we would do without the family house when our son has long stays at Benioffs. Staff is very welcoming and helpful and always there for us. A few of them are like family to us and have watched our boys grow up ❤️

I miss this place every staff member is soo kind here. I highly recommend that for every family that has a very ill child. It's been two years since I've last stayed here and now Everytime I think about or look it up I think of everyone here at family house. I hope the staff sees this review and gets back to me

This place is amazing and wonderful!! I literally can't say enough great things about Family House and their staff. They have been a godsend for us. We live 6 hours away from UCSF and without them we'd never be able to stay here with our son. The first time we had to stay for 2 months and this time 1 month and each time they have been amazing. They remembered our names each time and even our son's though he's only been there for 1 day.
