The Gelnwood location I am fairly new to. I met with the provider once cause my provider through CHI is not gonna be in my network from January so I switched to this provider. I had a few Medications that she could not call in right away. I sent a message on Thursday several days before it was due. It was not received, Friday I sent a message, it was actually responded to. They said no providers in the office on Friday. Ok, I was fine with that, well Monday came, nothing was called in. I sent a message and nothing was responded to. I called and they sent a message. No response the rest of the day. I sent messages Monday night so they would get the next morning. Still no response, so I called on Tuesday morning along with sending a message. I got a very rude person who wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. I asked if I could send a message to my provider and she cute me off and in a very rude tone said ‘ she has the messages’ then put me on hold, came back and proceeded to talk to me like I was a 5 year old. All I needed was a text or email back saying my messages were received. When I called on Monday only one had been recieved. Getting medication is the entire reason I see this person and I was now without my other provider. I was floating in the wind. They could seriously care less. Not to mention you can’t get to comfortable with any provider counselors or nurse practitioners cause the go through them like toilet paper. So, if you wanna be talked down to and ignored then this is the place for you.

I would never utilize this place, for their therapist have no life skills, & it’s all text book, hope your not looking for actual help, they just want your money! Take your prescription, attitude behavior. When your therapist is a total man hater and acts & dresses like Harley Quinn… this is an obvious sign you are in the wrong place! Thank goodness for internet reviews 🙄

Absolutely love Tiffany and Michelle!! Tiffany has been SO amazing with my kids; building their confidence, teaching them strategies they each understand, and so flexible with our ever changing and always hectic schedule. Michelle is always smiling and happy. Any concern I have ever had regarding scheduling, paperwork, or billing, she has relentlessly worked on till it is clear and figured out. Thank you ladies, so much, for helping us navigate this "unasked for" life we were unexpectedly handed!

I am not to happy with this place, they keep pulling money out of my account without my permission and have caused my account to go negative twice now. Never coming here again for my services. They never gave me a chance to set up a payment plan or nothing.
