Horrible place to deal with. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They don’t say hi or acknowledge you at all when you walk through the door, they just stare. Viviana was definitely the rudest and worst to work with. Avoid this place if you can.

The staff is hard working, that have to deal with many difficult situations of all levels. Very under appreciated, and further more, Family Builders do their very best to keep a positive outlook, no matter what they are faced with. The children under the care of Family Builders are treated with the upmost respect, including the biological parents. Please do not let the negative feedback cloud your judgement. There are countless children needing the love and care that an agency like Family Builders provides.
If you make the decision to become a foster parent/Resource Parent, or even adopt, please do it with and open and sincere heart, with pure intentions on helping the children.

I would have given them more stars because their intended mission is a great one, but some of the employees are very rude and unprofessional. And some are just power hungry individuals that think that everyone should raise their children the way they do. And then there are some employees who go above and beyond to help families that need help. I'm sorry that the bad ones out shine the good ones. And since they are not accountable to anyone they are only getting worse. Maybe send these people who get to play god over other people's lives to some courteous and respect classes.

Partnering with corrupt people in CPS is a bad idea. Phones are confiscated prior to any visit and then it’s your word against theirs. Why aren’t visits recorded? Oh, maybe because it might prove their allegations are false. They should be recording it to prove what is actually said or done when you’re trying to get your children back. Why not?

Horrible people!!! They say they are there for the kids but they aren't. They are for foster parents no matter what. Doesn't matter if the foster parents are abusive or not. They make it near impossible for parents to get their children back. They want to adopt children out for money. That is their #1 goal. They could care less about kids. Don't believe a word that they say.

This agency is made for taking children and working with cps to build foster familys not to help keep familys together . the staff are childish and unprofessional. The fed government needs to investigate. All willing to petition please contact me

I hate this place because they steal the kids that they can make profit on and leave the kids that really need help. It has become a program for profit and not saving kids.
