I haven't been yet but its very hard to get InTouch with anyone there. They finally called and they where not informed of the court order when they called. We will see how it goes.

Here is an update, I have tried for serval months to get in touch with the supervisor, I get in touch with the supervisor and set up a time and meeting to speak with her and she doesn't call that day, iI reach out and she says "i forgot" ... all documented in emails.. .... WOULD YOU FEEL SAFE DROPPING YOUR KIDS OFF AT THIS PLACE WHEN NO SUPERVISOR WILL CALL YOU BACK AND WHEN YOU GET IN TOUCH, THEY FORGRET ABOUT YOUR MEETING. A lot more issues, just not enough room to type.

Horrible! They didn't return my calls I had to call them several times. When I finally reach them the customer service lady hung up on me five times because my ex-wife had accuse me of domestic violence which is completely false so these people are over there making their own laws shooting from the hip and basically costing the company lots of money.
I've noticed that it's almost impossible to find any number except for their main office in Fullerton I would really like to contact their corporate if anybody has information on contacting their corporate office please respond

My daughter and I went through a divorce parents arent able to communicate with him so it makes it much woese Example how dare u try to gain profit on a mothers case thats pathetic whst person has it 3000'really Non refunable deposir!!! on top of thaz 175 at 5 sessions well hey almost 900.00 fsr cry from 3000 damm fukvoff right come on now the judge himself can pay better yet waive the fees entirley thsts how i roll

Hardest company to ever get a hold of. I need to setup a visit with my daughter and have called them every day for 3 weeks. They don’t return calls either. My daughters birthday is coming up, I would to see her, but they aren’t responding.

Who ever the reunification women is needs to be dismissed from this program. She very unprofessional and has attitude. I called in today and told her my job switched me shifts from 8am-4:30pm to 3pm-11:30pm, so I believe her name is Ayisha (I believe of African American Race) asked me if I could do mornings I told her I can't do morning but I can do 6pm-7pm, well guess what now I can't get my program going and she was threaten that courts this and courts that. Overall very unpleasant person and wouldn't recommend her to anyone's family with her attitude.

Good Counselors, Horrible, disrespectful, and unprofessional Management From Sina. Always gives clients bad attitude and tries every possible way not to answer your call or even call the client back. She makes the whole organization look like trash.
