We have used these health aid services for a few months now and found them to reliable and responsible. The owner is easily reachable by text and has been responsive whenever we had questions. Excellent Home Health & Hospice by far exceeded any healthcare company we have used for my mother. Over the 6 years that mom required healthcare we used a total of 4 companies in the Austin area. Excellent Home Health shined above the rest. Their employees always showed up on time, never canceled at the last minute (a problem with previous healthcare companies), were caring and professional. If an employee wasn't the right fit Brisley, owner, was quick to find someone else. When we trust others to care for our loved ones Excellent Home Health should be your first go too. Excellent Home Health and Hospice was recommended to us by a good friend and we are very appreciative and grateful to have found them. My dad had reached a point where he required 24/7 care and amazingly and thankfully, Brisley was able to fill all the needed spots in our caregiving schedule on a very short notice. He was very personable and good with reliable, responsive, communicating which is essential for maintaining a 24/7 caregiving schedule. He personally went above and beyond to ensure a quality caregiving experience. The caregivers I met were nice, upbeat and truly caring. Anyone who has been in a situation requiring 24/7 care of a loved one knows how challenging it can be and having Brisley and his team of caregivers to help meet that challenge was a true blessing.
