We went during a rush so there was a pretty long wait of at least 30 minutes before we got a car and the staff were all running around trying to help everyone. Even though the wait was long, I really appreciate the staff working so hard to make everyone happy and comfortable with their rentals. They were very kind and detailed.

This location is smaller than most other airport locations I've been to so they seem much more attentive.

The staff was very professional, the process to rent vehicle was seamless, and quick. I didn't have any issue with rental, it was clean and reliable. Will definitely rent form this location whenever im back in Cali.

Called to confirm if they had a convertible for me. Went through the process of giving all of my personal information. They called me two minutes before I was supposed to pick it up and told me that the car that we discussed was not there and also that I needed additional identification despite the fact that I called to confirm which forms of ID were required. What a waste of time and money.

Staff was polite and thorough. Car was clean and smelled good. They had a selection to choose from. Office was clean and tidy. Not much else to say. Check in was quick and checkout was quick. Will come back when I need a car for sure.

I was referred by Rivian. Rivian booked and paid for the rental. Rivian also paid for my Uber ride from Rivian to Enterprise. I dropped off the rental at Rivian. I rented an electric Chevy Silverado. It was good except if anyone is renting or thinking about buying this truck make sure you pick the option with a more adjustable drive seat. This one had no memory and no height adjustment. My wife is 5'3" and had to sit on a pillow. It seem really odd for a rental company to offer this. I couldn't believe an expensive truck wouldn't have that option. I had to look it up. Otherwise all went well.

The staff at El Segundo are amazing! They accommodated transportation to and from my son’s home in Manhattan Beach and provided us with a car seat for our grandchild in record time! The process was seamless and the friendly and competent staff members impressed us with their care and professionalism! A much better experience than at the airport! Lines backup at LAX and so we always use El Segundo whenever possible. The catch is you can not be picked up at the airport. In our case our son picked us up and we settled our luggage at his home first, then called for a pickup at our location. If you can do this you must be within a 3 mile radius of the El Segundo location. It’s totally worth taking a uber there to start, or merely uber to anywhere near them and request a lift to their location. They are the best!
