I had such a great experience here. Everyone I encountered was awesome and made the whole experience so easy! I worked with Golden One Credit Union and Enterprise and was able to secure a lower interest rate. Arhat was our sales person and he was professional and kind. He made the transaction very smooth. I would absolutely recommend Enterprise for buying a car to everyone. It was a great experience overall.

The customer service was excellent. Alberto was professional and personable. The process was stress free and streamlined.

Two issues prevented me from being ‘Completely Satisfied’:
- I was only given one key fob. I was told I could buy another one from a local business. If a rental client lost the key fob, Enterprise was compensated for it. That compensation should’ve been used to purchase another fob when this car was earmarked for sale.
-I noticed the seats had water spots/stains on them. I’d think a car would be completely detailed before being sold. I cleaned the seats myself and the towels I used were black with dirt. I found loose change and wadded papers as well.
I would definitely recommend Enterprise but would warn buyers to inspect car closely for cleanliness and make sure there’s a second key fob - two costly issues that would’ve warranted a ‘completely satisfied” rating if they were taken care of before hitting the floor. Passing those costs onto a cash-paying customer is a disappointment.

Enterprise is one of the best companies you could ever purchase a vehicle from. The whole team there was very welcoming and made you feel like you were home. Johnathan helped me out when it came to purchasing the vehicle that was right for me and my son. He was very patient with me, made me feel comfortable, he was very honest and not once did he ever peer pressure me into getting something I didn’t want at all. Johnathan also made it very easy for me to choose what I wanted and also gave me great feedback of the vehicle. He’s one heck of a salesman I’d say. If I could give more stars I would.

I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Enterprise.

I had a great experience, first with Jonathan he started my car buying experience then Alberto took over and really was just a gentleman made sure I left happy and with everything I needed. It always takes a few hours when trying to go to the dealer but when you research and know what you want its easier and being helped by people who know what they're doing and want to see you happy always makes the experience better. Richard the manager checked in from time to time and if I had an question or an issue they worked together and resolved it (my insurance printing lol) I really had a very good experience at enterprise. Thanks again guys!
