I made several visits to EGH to explore my living options. Emily was so patient, helpful, and extremely accommodating as I made my final decision. Staff and management seem committed to fostering a sense of community here, where residents can pursue their common interests and get to know one another through social activities. I look forward to their development of an outdoor green space for gathering and gardening opportunities. The club room is a beautiful, inviting shared space. And, the apartments are gorgeous!

Elm Grove Heights is a great place to live. We came from another relatively new property in nearby Wauwatosa.
While we very much liked that other complex, Elm Grove Heights represents a truly remarkable value for our money.

• Numerous high-end features, good quality appliances

• Extremely responsive and professional

EXTRAS
• Heated garage, with inside trash and recycling disposal

• Indoor mailroom for personal mail and packages

LOCATION
• Village of Elm Grove, with restaurants and unique shops
• Across the street from Target, Trader Joe’s, multitude of restaurants and stores in Brookfield

We think this property represents the best value available for a senior complex in the area. It's hard to find something not to like!

We had planned to move to another place but at the last minute there was a problem that we could not get in. I contacted Emily at elm grove Heights and she was very helpful. She showed us a unit that we really liked and on the next businessShe got everything done for us and we got our keys and we were very happy. We have not moved into our new apartment home as of yet, however, Emily has just been fabulous so far! She has taken her time to carefully explain what was going on throughout the process. I felt at times I was being a pain and she always assured me I wasn’t.
