I am part of a football booster program that uses the cards as a primary fundraiser. This was my first year working directly with them. I felt that my vendor rep Veronica was very responsive when I connected with her and provided vendor names and numbers. She remained helpful throughout the process, although she must feel pressured by their internal sales system.

We had a signed contract with Elite. Months in advance they were pressuring my predecessor with constant offers to gather our order/payment for the cards. I and another parent volunteer received emails to both pay for cards and set up next year's contract when we had not seen this year's finalized product.

Based on other reviews, I think we had an above average experience thanks to Veronica.

I thought this would be a great fundraiser for my music booster organization as I have had good experiences from other discount card vendors and we as a newer booster organization we were looking for something different to do. I was impressed with the time it took to order the cards and receiving the cards but that was the only positive. Unfortuneately, the card sales were a flop for us and now we are out about $4500 because they recommend the most cards to try and sell without really offering any other package that would have fit our organization better.

What makes this company horrible to work with is the constant harassment. I set this fundraiser up in late August with what I thought was an understanding that we would start the fundraiser in Novemeber and we would not need the cards until late October. From the get go they were hounding me to pay their invoice before we even started the fundraiser. Every other day I was getting calls, emails, and text messages to see when we would pay the invoice prior to starting the fundraiser. They even reached out to our school principal to get him to pay the invoice. Once I pointed out their harassment they stopped...for a short while. As the fundraiser flopped, my organization realized we had to eat the loss and worked out a monthly payment plan since we are still new and don't have the funds to outright pay off the invoice. We made our first payment and later that month the company charged our account again without our booster organizations approval. So we had to block their unauthorized usage of our card because it was not budgeted in our monthly expenses. To this day, we are still making payments and now instead of making contact with me, they just directly contact/harass our principal claiming that they have tried to contact us and are not getting a response. Last I heard from this company was at the end of January where we set up the next payment for February. No other emails or phone calls since then.

I would not recommend anyone to work with this company unless you are in the business of getting constantly harassed! For a fundraising company, the only fundraising they are interested in are raising funds for their own company. Lesson learned on our part. Also, beware when you give them your card info too as they will attempt to charge the account without prior approval.

They've done good work for us. As long as you work with them to get the card designed to look good and have good business discounts on the back (both of which they are good are at working on with quick, relentless communication), then you'll have a good fundraising product. The success of the fundraiser then hinges on your salesmanship.

Elite Fundraising told my booster program that all deals would last for a year and that the discounts were in a written contract. One of the businesses refused to accept the discount card and Elite Fundraising informed us that they could not hold them to the deal. This has caused many local card buyers and business to lose trust in my booster program. I was sent 200 bumper stickers, 20 t-shirts, and reimbursed $300 for the inconvenience. Just be sure to ask for written confirmation for all of the discounts from the companies offering the discount.

The company was a pleasure to work with. My effort was minimal and Veronica was great with searching for vendors and keeping me up to date. The lines of communication stayed open and they work extremely fast. I would definitely recommend their services for your fundraising needs.

We used this company for their Elite Discount Card Fundraiser for our non-profit organization. All started out good. We sold a few cards, and people registered them without problem. All of a sudden we heard from people saying the company was asking them for payment and their credit card numbers and offering a "free one year subscription service". I called and complained. I was told this was new because of a "merger" Told them it was unacceptable and requested money back - waiting for an answer. Can't believe in this day and age of credit card fraud and identity theft they think this is ok. This has been an embarrasment to our organization and has jeopardized our relationship with donors. STAY AWAY - THEY ARE NOW PREDATORS!

Ran discount cards with them one year. Total flop. We had to eat nearly $2,000. Same salesman wanted to run more fundraisers this year, I told him the results of last year and he still insisted running MORE fundraisers and said they couldn't refund anything. Our school board approves all the fundraisers that go on that school year in September, and he still called at least twice a week sometimes long before September came, like in the summer. Also calling on MY DAYS OFF. When I told him that it wasn't happening this year, and I wasn't signing any agreement without proper approval from my board, he wanted to talk to my principal. Finally had to tell him, I wasn't interested and not to call back. I'm assuming he'll still try to call my principal because that's how pushy and rude this guy has been. If that's not enough reason, just remember that when you sign anything with them you're already entering into a contract with them to run their fundraiser and you're not allowed to run a fundraiser similar to theirs. Never again.

I highly recommend this company. I’ve worked with them for 2 years now & I’ll definitely do it again. They were friendly & patient with me in meeting my demands concerning vendors who would be on our cards. Their cards have been a huge success in our area.
