I love this club, I highly recommend this club. My son has been playing with Eli7e for 6 years and we will never leave. This club host 2 large organized tournaments. Fun camps where the entire club comes together with food, bounce houses, music, rotating workout stations. Most of our boys have been together for several years and have become hreat friends like family. The director is knowledgeable, organized and great trainer.

The club may look like a good deal, but there are other fees that add up that you’ll be stuck paying since you register for a full year. Coaching fees are additional and we were originally paying $60 a month. After two coaching changes during the season, our third coach came in and began charging $70 a month without an explanation from him or the club for the increase. The coach fees vary apparently within the club as it supposedly depends on the coach’s “qualifications” as other teams have different fees. Additionally, each team was required by the club to play in a minimum of 6 tournaments a year regardless if the team was ready or not to compete. Those fees are additional and average out to around $80-90 a tournament per player. However, on my son’s team we were being charged $120 per tournament per kid because apparently we also had to pay for the coach’s lodging, travel, and food expenses. His coach was also coaching 3 teams during those tournaments and had to leave mid-game or have a substitute coach step in. When asked for a breakdown of the coach’s expenses we were never given any receipts for proof for how the money was used. Some parents on our team brought their concerns to the director but his response was “I don’t deal with the parents” and then subsequently they were removed from the team’s Instateam App as a threat that they would be kicked out of the club for exercising their free speech about concerns for how the team was being run and all the fees we were being charged. All payments to the coach for his monthly fees and tournament expenses had to be in cash, which begs the question, how does that get reported for taxes?

The unfortunate part out of all the issues was that the kids are the ones that suffered in the end as they didn’t get the training they deserved. While I’m sure there are other good coaches in this club, if you have any issues with yours, you are on your own.

Bottom Line: This club only cares about one thing, your money.

I have 3 kids all older than 17 and they've all played in youth sports. I've Coached and volunteered my time within the communities and leagues in which we were registered. So I have a high level of knowledge and understanding of what and how a league should be ran efficiently. I currently paint soccer fields for local leagues, one of which is ELI7E FC so from an outsider looking in, I can attest to a couple things... 1)Coaches are prompt, interactive and enjoy what they're doing 2)For as many teams that shuffle thru, the Director seems to have it organized. #3) (most importantly, ,,) The kids are all having fun, learning, putting in effort mandated by the coach and exercising. Don't forget that as a parent from the sidelines , you should be grateful and appreciative that these coaches are teaching your kid valuable skills and building confidence. So stay outta of the drama and enjoy life watching your kids do the best. You signed them up.

We have been with this Club since 2018!! This Club has been nothing but educational, professional and supportive to our son. We have seen the growth and skill level of our son improve every year. Our son made the Varsity team at Monte Vista High school as a freshman last year. He was well prepared and contributed on the field his first year as Monte Vista High won the CIF Championship. I would recommend this Club to first time parents, parents in search of a new Club and to parents in search of new leadership.

Terrible terrible terrible soccer club. I do not recommend. They give the coaches multiple teams (three in our case) which he can’t manage effectively and then doesn’t show up for tournaments. They even increased the monthly coaching fees when he joined. On top of that they charge for travel expenses for the tournaments to each player on every team and don’t divide the costs equally among the three teams. Plus the coach won’t provide itemized receipts for his expenses. Why? Because he isn’t actually incurring any expenses because he isn’t staying in a hotel, he isn’t eating out (packing his lunch/dinner) and has minimal fees plus he is commuting from Tijuana so the cost of living his cheaper. He is pocketing over $1,000 per tournament for fake travel expenses. It’s a scam. In top of that he requires all payments in cash (think about why). The issue was brought up to the Club Director on numerous occasions and he does nothing about it. He says we need to discuss the issue with the coach. It’s like having a manager at your work you have a problem with or isn’t treating you fairly and you tell the Department head and they tell you to talk to the manager about it. So basically talk to the person about stealing when they are the one stealing from you. Really
All the kids and parents are dedicated and try their hardest, but the lack of commitment from the coach and overall organization is horrendous. This is not to say all the coaches are bad as there are a lot of good ones, however, if you have issues with the club, which you will at some point, you will get ZERO support from the club leadership. It’s very disgraceful. I definitely don’t recommend this club and would highly recommend searching for another reputable club in the Chula Vista area. Luckily we already left the club on our own will awhile back so no repercussions for us, but if you write a less than 5 star review of the club while an active member at the organization they will immediately ban you and kick you off the team. So be aware!

I totally recommend this team! Great soccer coaches! My son has been there for the last 2 years and also my niece and nephew. My family loves this team. Coaches are amazingly professionals and they keep everyone motivated even us the parents! 100% recommend it 💪🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
