If you are looking for a place for your loved one, look no more. Andy/owner, his wife, along with his caretakers provide the best experience for your loved one. I had the pleasure of working with Andy and his team and the passion they have for their residents is unmatched. I work with many owner/administrators and Andy and his team by far are the best I've ever encountered. I would absolutely recommend El Molino to anyone looking for the best care for your loved one.

After searching for a place that could meet our mother’s needs, we found El Molino Rose Villa. The home like environment and the exceptional care the residents receive has truly been a blessing for my brother and I. We can’t imagine having our mom anywhere else.
Andy has gone above and beyond to keep us informed about the changes in our mothers health and has given us weekly updates on how she is doing. We are so grateful that our mom is in a place where she is comfortable and safe!

If you are searching for that "special" place to leave a beloved family member, and have been lucky enough to find El Molino Rose.....stop looking. It is everything you have been looking for. My mother suffers from Alzheimer's Disease and has special needs and is not easy to care for. She has been with Andy and Yelly the owners for over 8 years. I cannot speak enough about the individual care they give each of their residents. My mothers care and needs have changed a lot over the last eight years. Andy has been able to manage the changes and challenges in her health and her physical needs flawlessly. Andy has been a wealth of knowledge to me, more than ANY doctor I have seen with my mother, over the last 14 years with this debilitating disease. He is so in tune to each of his residents. I call him the "Alzheimer's Whisperer". He and Yelly and their entire team are outstanding, I cannot say enough positive things about El Molino Rose. I cannot thank

The stars aligned for my family when a room opened up for our mother. El Molino Rose Villa felt like home. Our mother had a beautiful room and we were encouraged to bring pictures and other items to make her feel like she was at home. After a couple of weeks of her moving there, she actually looked younger! If anyone is in need of a board and care for a loved one, I would definitely recommend El Molino Rose Villa.

El Molino Rose Villa has been the perfect answer for my parents and the rest of our family. My Father had advanced COPD and a broken hip and my Mom has Alzheimers. My Father's greatest desire was to be in a real home and be able to be with his wife, which is just not possible in most Alzheimers care facilities. But the caring team at El Molino allowed my Father's wishes to become reality.

El Molino is a real home in a real neighborhood, and have a small number of residents and outstanding caregiver to resident ratio so they provide truly outstanding care. Dad and Mom were able to be together right up until his passing, and now Mom continues to be lovingly cared for by the Owners and staff. The home has been modified to be able to provide specialized care for residents who cannot care for themselves, yet they are treated with the dignity we all want for our aging parents. They have a real Living Room, real bedrooms, a real kitchen, and they eat their meals in a real Dining Room. They have a real patio, a real backyard, and well, it's a real home.

Above all, the Owners of El Molino have given their lives to caring for the residents. They live there themselves, and treat all the residents and their families as part of their family.

I am pleased to recommend El Molino Rose Villa for anyone seeking a loving, caring, professional home for their aging loved ones.

The most notable aspect of the Rose Villa is the attention Andy Kohler gives to support the cognitive capacities of the clients to preserve whatever awareness, communication skills and quality of life they have. Andy takes time to talk to the clients; the clients are moved frequently from their bedrooms to the living room to the patio; meals are prepared precisely for the individual nutritional needs of each client and a variety of activities are provided daily from live music events to baby and puppy therapy. Andy has a passion for this work of helping those with significant diminished cognitive capacity remain engaged with the world around them. -Mary and Plowshare, handler and therapy dog at the Rose Villa.
