Anyone that had a bad experience needs to either just come an hour later or just remember we're all human. These people are patient and very understanding. All have their own experiences being in a situation that wasn't good and are helping me be better.

Not sure if the person i spoke with was having a bad day. But, I didn't get any kind of results in my time of need. Its 2022 but i need documentation from 2020 to proceed 😩
