They are very receptive and grateful for donations, in my case clothing. All the staff members I encountered were warm and welcoming. Will be taking a lot more stuff to them.

Most every time I have needed assistance, Eblen Charities have helped. I am so appreciative of this non-profit organization and the assistance they give to so many. Sincerely. It may seem embarrassing to some to ask for help. It's another lesson for me to swallow my pride and continue to thank God for all my blessings. Thanking Eblen Charities again, sincerely.

I am updating my post to 4 stars, because through all of my phone calls and voice messages to multiple extensions, Beth called me back and helped facilitate getting me the assistance I needed the SAME DAY. I am leaving the previous post up because NO ONE in need of assistance should be put through what I went through. A weaker person, would have given up and maybe given up on life because of people like this being permitted to "volunteer" in your organization.

-star. I sent over all of my documents and paperwork in March.; I was advised they were really busy and it may take a few weeks. Last week I send a follow up e-mail and got no response at all. I called today and talked to an EXTREMELY RUDE woman who said she was the front desk volunteer AND THE OFFICE MANGER AND THE DIRECTOR and she never received anything. I TRIED explaining to her that I found and re-sent my original e-mails, but she needed to inform me she still does not have it. She refuse to let me speak to anyone else. She screamed at me "you don't know me!" to this witch! IF YOU HAVE YOU JOB AND YOU HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE; PLEASE LEAVE AND BE MISERABLE ON YOUR OWN! I will never receive any assistance from this so called "charity"

I reached out to this people past one year and even this year for rent assistance and utility bill. None has been resolved, the people never reply to your email or respond. Since December 18th, I put in my electric Bill for help. Nothing yet. I am really going through it financially and they have never come to my aid, they are quick to call but never assist
