An absolute gem for anyone who loves Italian cuisine. The atmosphere is vibrant and bustling, with so many food stations and options that it feels like stepping into a little corner of Italy. The quality of ingredients is top-notch, and everything from the freshly made pasta to the wood-fired pizzas tastes authentic and delicious. The marketplace also offers a fantastic selection of Italian groceries, wines, and desserts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend dishes or help you navigate the many choices. It’s a must-visit spot in NYC, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, enjoying a full meal, or stocking up on Italian treats to take home. Highly recommended!

Their calamari is among the best I’ve ever had at an Italian restaurant—refreshingly served with some fried vegetables. The white truffle pasta and seafood pasta further elevated the dining experience. I also really enjoyed the view, which includes the 9/11 Memorial building, and friendly service added to the overall experience.

A beautiful space overlooking the memorial pools. The service and atmosphere were spot on. The food was tasty but a bit on the pricey side for a personal pizza, ravioli, glass of wine and a beer ($88 for two people, tax & tip.) Understandable though given the location but it’s still pizza and an appetizer size bowl of pasta.

The food was incredible. We had the burrito with focaccia bread that was mouthwatering 10/10. Lasagna was great as well. Deserts impeccable. Fantastic service. I have nothing negative to say about this place in any way shape or form.

We got off the Hop on Hop off bus and walked around Wall street area for exercise and being tourists that we were that day, we were looking for something to eat that was Italian. Found this place and we had actually walked by it a few times seeing the name on the building above. This became about a 2.5 hour tour stop in itself. Wow. The food and lunch was amazing at the dinning in area. The view across from the WTC was beautiful ❤️. Thank you for your service and bringing life to the greatest city in the world.

From the fresh, high-quality ingredients to the perfect balance of flavors, every dish is a true delight. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it a great place for both casual meals and special occasions. Whether you're craving authentic Italian pizza, fresh pasta, or a variety of mouthwatering desserts, Eataly never disappoints. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable Italian dining experience in New York City!

We picked this restaurant and made a reservation based on some recomandation on some NY social media groups. The food was really tasty and interesting ( in a good way). The staff was friendly and welcoming. However, as a tourist, please be aware that this restaurant has more areas... We saw the pictures in the reviews and we expected to take lunch in a big, nice restaurant with a nice view. When we made it there, again, as tourists, we entered the restaurant through the italian grocery store( main entry). We announced that we had a reservation and we had been seated to a table placed in the grocery store...We were kind of confused, as we did not see the restaurant we expected but we thought the reviews were old and something changed in the meantime....Later when we visited the restroom in the back of the "grocery store" we found the nice restaurant, with a nice view and a more diversed menu. I wish they would have asked us where we would like our table to be, but maybe I am asking for too much. So, if you are tourists and make reservations, be aware that you can be seated in different areas.
