Karan . Was so helpful . She helped me calm done before testing , explained everything to a “T”. She was so nice and went out of her way to make sure I was calm enough. Even recommending breathing techniques. She is amazing.

Joining the in line through online gave me timeframe and I reached there accordingly. I got in with my appointment within 10 minutes. Shaw was friendly and professional which made the the DL renewal process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this was efficient and pleasant experience.

We had a great experience! Everyone we spoke to was so helpful. Karan was so encouraging to my son who was taking his permit test. She gave him helpful tips to overcome his nerves and was so encouraging when he passed! We highly recommend this DMV!

My experience was stress free and pleasant. Melissa was more than helpful, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, kind, encouraging and overall fantastic! Karan was a huge help!! I was really nervous to do the written test but she was really encouraging and she gave me tips on how to calm down and focus better. I did the driving test today and her tips helped me to pass the first time, to remain focused and relaxed. Thank you, thank you, thank you Karan!! I know some people complain about long wait times but you have to get there early or you won’t be seen right away, you can also check in online which is quicker then waiting for the iPad to be brought out for sign in. I made it to pass with a score of 92!!! 😁
