Good place to live and raise a family. Nice quite community. We have a nice playground and pool. There's even a small dog park. The community has very high standards as far as curb appeal, keeping you lawn mowed and manicured.

I have lived here since 2009 and I own my home. I have never had an issue. The community is clean and always looks nice. I feel safe here and would have no problem walking in the community at night. Everyone seems to watch out for each other and their safety. A good place to live. There are people who will complain about the rules but that is what keeps it nice here. Its more like a subdivision than a trailer park. Sure, the lot rent goes up every year but so does property tax if you own a house. Everyone that visits me for the first time, is surprised how nice it is here and how it does not look like a normal trailer park. That makes me proud to live here.

Definitely not your in-laws trailer park! This place is modern looking with newer houses and no 50 year old trailers! And no pink flamingos in the yards ! Affordable and convenient housing with easy access to 32, Eastgate and 275.

One of the best places I have liked living especially with my kids and the environment. Yes it has minor complaints and issues as with any place you live. But I've lived in so many different places and areas and this place I love. It is not a typical "trailer park". I love how social the community is the fact that I feel safe taking my kids on walks and just enjoying it here.

Outstanding community in a nice, quiet location (with 100 miles of hiking trails in the back yard). Close to many necessities, and 10 miles away from everything else (including the outstanding Jungle Jim's International Market). Some of the best neighbors I have ever had and the staff is responsive and professional. I am thankful for the time I spent here.
