Google says it's open today and I couldn't get any info on the phone or website that it isn't open today, Washington's birthday. It is closed and so many others couldn't find out either. Not good for all that road the bus, walked or got rides here just to find out it's closed. Very frustrating for all that need help and with limited income! Waste of time, money and effort.

I went to this office as the welfare office on Cambridge was packed, crowded, long line, and it would take a really time to be seen. I left the Cambridge office. I met this wonderful lady who told me they were closed as she went to get a bus pass. I had to turn around and go to a different one. I went to the one on Rancho. I heard from the wonderful case worker at Rancho that the Flamingo Welfare office is going to be closed for a month.

Today July 5th/24 I was glad the location was open. But at 9:40 am I was checked in to report my income change for medicaid . Exactly at 3:55 my name was called . Whenever I was asking about my turn , I was told my category is orange and im third in que.

Took 3hrs first visit(intake) They seemed really busy. Folks lined up from the doors a line of about 35 to 45 folks. I would recommend using the Access website. It does all but eliminate the occasional coming into the office. I am on oxygen so my time is limited.

I hate it anytime I have to come here, they still have this ancient system where they make people come in and wait for up to 5 or 6 hours just for an interview. They need to make it easier for people to process their applications and handle their appointments, because sitting here all day is awful. Even if you have an appointment, that time is not always honored.

This location is still open on Google but in person it’s closed, until further notice. Very inconvenient and lots of people (myself included) wasted time and money getting here. It’s urgent and I’m not able to get my bus pass. I wish I can give this review ZERO STARS.
