In 2016 Dr. Issack did a total knee replacement of my left knee at NY Presbyterian Downtown. 61 days later I was back on the golf course. January 2024 did replaced the right knee. 2 weeks later I was driving myself to physical therapy. If I had a 3rd knee I wouldn't think going anywhere else. He's the best.

The best DOCTOR for orthapedics! He did my my clavicle fracture incision surgery after a very VERY very traumatic fall back in 2014. Where do I start with this Doctor..The professionizm, caring , skilled , reliable and and as a whole wonderful man. Very kind respectful excellent doctor. My husband had bad accident : very bad fractured pelvis Thanks to dr Isaak he is walking again and did not need big abdominal surgery ...
His offcie is excellent with communication, paperwork and everything what patient may need.

Dr. Paul S. Issack is born to be an professional orthopaedic. I got into a bad car accident and fracture my patella in 4 pieces, thanks to him he was there moments later and started the emergency surgery immediately. He was very concerned about the surgery when I was there in the emergency room & explain to me how everything went now 2 months later everything healed well from the bone & I haven’t had any issues. I’m very impressed on his background of work as I read on his website about his study’s and his office look amazing, clean & perfect, the staffs are very professional and made me felt welcome & special by knowing my name already before I sign in. But biggest thank you Paul issack you are truly gifted on your work. & also I been to his office 2 times & others injured patients who was sitting around me all was talking about how well he does his job!
