It needs to be more diverse. With this being a college town there should be more to offer for all nationalities and backgrounds and its not. It's white washed. I've noticed over the years that urban shops or clubs don't last very long in this area. It is a nice place to walk around but I get bored and tired looking at the same boutiques geared towards one race.

[Edited 3/2/2021] Have improved substantially with arts and culture. Now they just need to have stores and restaurants follow suit with inclusiveness. No Black owned businesses or restaurants means no Black patronage dollars.πŸŽŽπŸ‘«πŸ‘©πŸΎπŸ‘¨πŸΎβ€βš•οΈ
