I see many negative reviews about donor network west being at the bedside etc when the donor is passing away. The medical part of this understanding needs to be aware that when an organ is donated they need to get the organ right away when the patient/donor has passed. It’s hard. It’s not about being cold hearted that’s how organ donor process works and the decision is from the patient and family. ❤️? loosing any loved one is very very difficult and everyone has feelings for ones loved one lost ?❤️

I had an incredibly positive experience with them when my family decided to donate my brother's organs. They kept us informed and ensured all our questions were answered. Knowing that my brother's donation helped save multiple lives brought immense comfort to us during such a difficult time. Their follow-up and support even months after the donation have been exceptional. I highly recommend them for their dedication and compassion.

I am deeply grateful for the experience my family had with them. Losing a loved one is never easy, but their team made the process of organ donation as smooth and respectful as possible. They were available 24/7 to answer any questions we had and made sure we understood every aspect of the donation.

They provided an outstanding service when we decided to donate my brother's organs. They made a difficult situation more manageable by offering clear guidance and emotional support. Knowing that my brother's donation had a significant impact on others' lives brought us some peace.

THEY DONT LET YOU GRIEF IN PEACE ‼️TREATED MY FATHER AS IF HE WAS A PIECE OF MEAT. after making the hardest decision of my life to proceed with my fathers comfort care they start harassing us over the phone hunting us down in the hospital following us around like leaches not letting us mourn in peace. wanting to change our comfort care plan until 1 am after fighting with them for over 20 hours getting supervisors and requesting new staff did we come to a agreement

My mom past away suddenly last year at Kaiser Redwood City. The thought of having our moms organs donated never came across our minds until Donor Network met with us. When they told us what their organization does, without hesitation we said yes. Our mom always said “it is more blessed to give than to receive” and we know she wanted this to be her last good act in life. They were very empathetic and comforting through the whole process. No pressure was given on us. They educated us on what was going to happen and always kept us in the loop. Til this day they keep in touch and I couldn’t be anymore grateful for them. They are amazing. Thank you.

Horrible experience with this company. Nobody responds to Instagram messages and they leave people on read. You can see that someone is typing, suddenly they stop typing and zero response. Many people I've spoken to have said they find out about their events at last minute. They never advertise events on their Instagram either, only after they have already happened. Their website doesn't mention most of the events that are posted on Instagram. When someone did message me back when I asked about the next event, they sent me their website with an event that happened a year ago.
Researching the company on Glassdoor, the reviews say management is terrible, they don't care about patients only the organs they have to give and says they do not care about their workers, no holidays off, no training for their staff, and nobody cares from the bottom up. This doesn't surprise me as they cannot even respond to an Instagram message and when they do it is the incorrect information!!

So far I can’t say, this is a good experience? It’s been 7 days. My son has rare blood type in I been sleeping at the hospital until he goes to the corner office, hospital staff not here for me, they said: no more food trays and mean it , because it’s been 24 hours of no service! when ever I get up for bathroom they complain, because of Covid-19’s new rules! they let people walk in hall way but I can’t leave room
