This involves the donation drop off area only. While the customer service of the ladies is fantastic, the abject laziness of one gentleman ruins the experience. I recently had heart surgery and limited in lifting, plus had my disabled placard displayed. I had dropoffs on three different days. The first day a lady assisted me with no complaints and I didn't need to ask, she volunteered. The next two occasions a gentleman, younger and appeared healthy, complained. "We don't normally assist bringing things inside," then the final time a lady told him to help, he complained, "I don't know if we take weights" was two new condition 45lb Olympic plates, avg price nine these are $95 for both! I tod him I'd bought weights in the ast like this, and they're getting them for free. I just took them in myself even though I'm not supposed to ift them, I was so annoyed. An almost new 8x10 rug, he again said, " I don't know....blah blah". I just took it in.
Fellow obviously has no regard for anyone but himself. We simply are downsizing and have some like new items and rather than sell, we thought we'd help others. This guy ruined the experience of giving. We will donate elsewhere from now on.

I’m a 6 feet 4 guy who hit the gym daily, the entry door slammed me so hard and ruined my shoe. Be cautious, or maybe just don’t go.
