I believe the Y in Cordova is one of the best kept secrets when it comes to working out. I have been taken aback by all of the equipment they have and opportunities to better yourself or your family. The staff are always nice and always ready to greet you at the desk.

Good place to go work out at 5am. Hardly anyone there and most machines are open. A few of the machines like the cable row are sometime hard to change weight on but that's a machine problem, not the Y's.

I love going to the Y for their morning exercise classes. These classes are geared toward helping golden agers stay mobile and active. The teachers, Linda and Susan, keep the classes lively and engaging.
