I was given an 11am tele-wic appointment today. Mind you, my benefits expire today too. At 10:40am I received the text notification asking me if I was ready to which I replied "1" as instructed. It is now 5 hours later and NO ONE has shown up for this appointment. I've called a total of 10x to get this fixed. Most calls hang up automatically after the automated message says they are busy. Even if I do get through (3x today), 2/3 calls were dropped, even when I was the next caller and waiting more than the expected wait time. The one time I managed to speak with someone, they told me my appointment was still active and to keep waiting for the next text message. Distasteful to say the least. Any attempt to get a hold of someone has been horrendous as this has happened not only today but on previous occasions as well. This is unacceptable in every regard.

Llamé día 30 de agosto a las 1:51 la duración de la llamada fue de 11 minutos y la persona que me atendió me trató de muy mala forma y me colgó. Muy mala atención para madres que necesitamos de esta ayuda y más madres solteras. Ni su nombre me quiso dar. Espero que arreglen este problema. Gracias
