I had a great experience this morning. Had an 815 appt and security helped get me in when I showed up at 8 and they already had people lining up. All the workers I talked with were super nice and helpful. Knocked two birds out with one stone as well with getting my license and title taken care of. Was done by 8:40, including waiting for them to print my new ID! Thank you to Nikki and all the other staff! 🙂

Have been in three times for plates for my motorcycle. Every time I’m informed of an additional document I need to provide. They never provide all the information at once. Have now been waiting 27 minutes for the clerk to figure out how to use her printer for my second temp tag.

My stepchild just turned 18 and has gone 3 times to try and get their FL ID, every time being told something different (which is not listed in any documentation they provided).
Wait times are great, but you won't get what you need and you'll have to make multiple trips just to find out you brought all required documents every single time. Disappointing and inefficient.

I went in today and the process was so fast and smooth! Everyone is kind and friendly. I was in an out in less then 25 minutes to update my last name on my DL. The lady in A2 is super kind! I just moved from Orange County to Osceola and Osceola DMV was such a more positive experience.

We needed to renew our car 🚗 registration and dreaded going to the DMV. Incredibly, it was fast, 20 mins. No kidding. It was full and we went in front of dozens. I guess it just depends on what you are doing as to how long it will be. Plus, two year registration was only $78 TOTAL. I Iove Florida.

The 2 officers in the front extremely rude, won’t let other families in to help communicate even if the person going in is disable and can’t properly communicate their excuse is “there is multiple people that speak all type of languages” yet no person that knows American Sign Language on site & if you take medication good luck to you they make you throw away your water so good luck chugging down the medicine. Very disappointed in the cold hearted people working for the DMV. No sympathy for the disable at all.
