Theses people are all about customer service. I expected average service but, these people were all about doing the best thing and following up with as much service as they can possibly provide. I was constantly amazed at the amount of helpful information they have provided me with. I left feeling so much better than before. I want everyone to know about the abundance of information they have for everybody. You don't need to be disabled, you can benefit from hiring these amazing able people.

I've read comments of people saying they're rude, disrespectful& racist. BUT I didn't experience that they are non racist, well mannered and extremely helpful
I say come on your own and experience it! Don't base your judgement solely on others reviews come on your own and find out!

I have never been to this place but as I read the reviews I can tell that there are some races overtones. When you look on the website at the pictures there's a video in Spanish which tells me that's who they want to come and work there so automatically I don't feel like I will be a candidate to work there! It just throws me back when Spanish people are prejudice because Spanish and black people alike have gone through some similar things to get ahead and I just hate racism because no matter what color or race we are all human!

If you have a disability they are here to help to live a life you deserve. I can't say enough great things about them. The services are Wonderfully helpful! There is no where you can find a one stop for your needs. And it is a non profit, therefore the main services are free of charge. Well worth visiting your time will not be wasted: Update. They have no following up with their consumers! Extremely rude as there have been zero follow up by Grace. Several messages, email. Nothing. Very disappointed.

I'm giving this one star because I can't give it to zero... Went there needing help with housing and was told we had to sit through a 2+ hour orientation before we were able to talk to a housing counselor. The speech that was given during the orientation had us pumped up thinking that they would be able to help. However after the orientation before we could even walk through the counselors office door we were told not even to get comfortable. We were told that the counselor herself might have to move and she didn't even know what she was going to do for herself and that they could not help us at all. If they knew that they should have just let us go instead of wasting two and a half hours of our day that we could have spent looking somewhere else. They gave us two bus passes each telling us they were day passes which come to find out they were a one ride pass. Grateful for that but not happy with the dishonesty and false hope. Not helpful at all in my book
