Being a DAV member for the past 3 years has been great. They have always been there to answer any question I might have, or point me in the right direction.

I know have the benefits I needed to get, and now have the drive to pay it forward to other veterans in need.

I had nothing short of an excellent experience. When I came to them to file a claim I was amazed on how much I didn’t know about the disability process. Thanks to Billy’s expertise I went from 20 to 80 percent. Thanks DAV Tuscaloosa.

My husband and I came to DAV for assistance in knowing how to submit claims for my husband disabilities. We received a lot of informative and very helpful information. When we first started with DAV my husband was rated at 30% and as DAV became familiar with him they noticed the major health problems that he was already being seen for by VA doctors. The problems he didn’t even have a rating on. We followed all the instructions that were given to us and followed through with the doctor appointments. My husband is now rated at 100% permanent and total. DAV thank you so much for all that you have done. My husband was in excruciating pain when he was working and could not get the help he needed until you all stepped in and showed us the way. Billy at the Tuscaloosa DAV chapter thank you so much for guiding us through and being patient with us.
