I think the service there is really good, everyone is very nice and attentive. My only issue and I think is one that shouldn’t have been a problem is that I’ve had to get an IV twice for a simple medical procedure, one for an MRI and the second for a CT scan. None of the people that were performing my test knew how to properly place an IV in my arm, first time it took around 4 different people ending up in a huge bruise in my arm. For my CT scan there was the lady that was in charge of my test, she told me she was practicing since she hadn’t done IVs in a while, there was a guy helping and instructing her unfortunately the lady ended up letting go of the needle halfway in, the guy then took over and poked my vein multiple times while finishing inserting the needle. I did mention the saline solution hurt when flushing my IV. I understand there’s mistakes, but I feel like everyone should receive extra training for something simple as an IV. Long story short, while getting my CT scan done the contrast ended up infiltrating my skin and I ended up in the ER after getting a BIG painful lump on my arm. I’ve gotten IVs for the same procedures at a different hospital and I’ve never had this issue. So more than a complaint, I feel it’s a matter of concern and I hope this can be fixed so no one else should experience this or avoid problems.

I am in awe of this Emergency Room. They were so helpful and kind. I read some reviews about this place and some are negative, but honestly I couldn’t have been in a better place. I went in for lower abdominal pain and was treated so kindly and with urgency. All the staff I encountered were amazing. When I was being discharged they told me I could wait for my ride and didn’t have to hurry out of the bed. I am forever grateful for them and all the answers they were able to give me. Thank you to those who helped me!!!!

The ER staff are the kindest nurses I’ve ever been treated by. They are all extremely attentive, caring & patient. I was treated with lots of respect as well as my husband & they actually take the time to listen to your needs & explain thoroughly what is to come. The lobby is also clean & organized with not much of a long waiting time to be seen.

I had my baby here and I truly had the best experience. The nurses and doctors that cared for me were wonderful, kind, compassionate, and made my stay as comfortable as possible. I'm so grateful for all of the care I received while at this hospital, and would recommend going there to anyone who asked. This is an excellent hospital with incredible nurses and doctors.

This hospital was great! Th staff is very polite and friendly. The nurse made me feel very comfortable before my surgery & everything was so clean! Impeccable. The doctors and anesthesiologist explained in detail how they were going to do my surgery. Once I woke up I felt no pain, I was sent home with meds in case pain kicked it. Overall my recovery also went great. It has been two weeks since my permanent birth control surgery and I’m very glad doctor Dixit from Moreno Valley did it. Amazing job and tiny barely noticeable scars 😊

Out of all the hospitals I've been to to delivery my babies this hospital was by far the best. Everyone was ontop of caring for me and baby. They were efficent and vocal and informative on everything they were doing step by step. All the nurses were friendly and genuinely cared and were patient. I applaud 👏 and appreciate all the staff members that helped make my delivery for my baby easy and comfortable.

The stay for over all was good. Except for the strong smell of urine in the beginning. Once that went away there was no problems. The nurses helped me when I was having difficulty walking

The doctor's , nurses, and staff at this hospital are always friendly and kind. Though it's not in the best area, I choose to drive to this hospital to receive medical care, instead of going to the hospital a mile from my home. I believe some of the best doctor's and nurses work at this hospital.
