Whenever you call, you don’t speak to a caseworker you speak to an operator and they don’t give you much information, which is ridiculous because why would I want to speak to someone who doesn’t know my information. They literally just repeat back the information that I’m able to see online and when you ask more questions, they respond that they don’t know and that they’ll transfer you to a caseworker, but that should have been done to begin with.

Negative stars. You can't talk to a live person, they make you leave a message. No one will call you back when you leave a message either, even if you call for weeks on end. Bottom line is you have to go in person, and if your'e no longer in the area and can't go in person, your'e screwed.

Absolutely horrible! Treated terribly and only Gabe one star because I couldn't leave a zero rating! Not kind or helpful at all! Then the woman I was dealing with called herself "the government". I was upset and she asked dif I had "anymore questions" and when I started asking she called security to escort me out! If that's the "government's" way of treating an American asking for help then time for a new one! Wow! 🤯

I recieved letter (appointment letter) day AFTER my app. I have called every day various times and always it tells me unable to recess at this time. I cannot reach case worker. Now I got denial letter saying I am denied because I missed my appointments. I have tried several #s never can get a live person to help. This needs to be reported.

They never answer the phone, the agents ALWAYS are busy helping another customers and when you go to the office I see them chatting, drinking coffee or doing nothing. This is ridiculous, I been trying to contact them for 5 hours. Number for complaints don’t exist.
