Everyone here is too busy being lazy to answer the phone when your the first person to call and 7:51 in the morning. Been on hold for 40+ minutes. They must be sucking each other up like pigs to not answer their first phone call of the day.

Honestly I was skeptical about coming here, it gets a lot of bad rep. But I had no choice, I have had an issue for over a month now and I was calling all over the place and being transferred time and time again. I finally decided to come here. When I was inside I was attended promptly and the lady in one of the front desks Monica Diaz helped me out BIG TIME. She cleared the issue I had had and also helped me handle other affairs. I was very pleased with her service and everybody else's. 10/10. I will happily come here again for any of my future Health Care needs.

The system helped me by having a Social Worker tell me to go to school and get my GED. I was 18 and just about to have my 3rd child. I went to school for many years and now I am about to graduate with a doctoral degree. Thank you Mr. Social Worker.

Being that it was my first time here security guard E. Ramos loves to enjoy the ac holding up the line up on purpose yelled at me spraying spit had no reason to be yelling at or over me, asked him politely to lower his voice yet began very disrespectful all bc he has pepper spray and a gun. The service staff was very nice. Only reason for 3 stars.

They are charging $11 for free tablets outside. I called their bluff. Scammers charging for free government items. Entouch wireless.
