Received pretentious and arrogant service with zero effort made to explain the product line. As the attitude turned to the worst upon viewing my ID, I can only surmise the elderly man at the counter was ethnically biased. Meanwhile, markup on gold investment coin vs spot was around 8%, far exceeding similar shops elsewhere in Frankfurt. Recommend to avoid.

Im a bit disgusted after waiting 40 -50 min and having the feeling no one takes care ,the new lady from first floor told me that i needed more documents that usually i have used for a transaction . Before to move in new building was more privacy and take care of costumers 10-15 min of waiting or even less
