Love love deaf comedy club. Staff is excellent and hosts for the comedy club are funny as F. Thank you Steve for those yummy pizza egg rolls😋 and the balsamic Brussel sprouts are so tasty and full of flavor. Everyone you need to check this place out, free open mic night on Wednesdays- Come early because it gets crowded!

Went here tonight for the 1st time with some friends. The place has a small bar when you enter. They also serve food. The menu is not huge but they have a few different selections and it looked like they offer daily specials.
They had 2 showtimes and the doors open to the room where they do the comedy show about 45 minutes before showtime.
The drinks were made pretty well and the food we tried was pretty good. I had their Cheeseburger which was well made and perfectly cooked and my friend had the Brisket with melted cheese sandwich that he said was really good also. The ladies had the BLT Sandwich and said they enjoyed it.
The 3 comedians we saw were pretty good. Nice that Manteca has a Comedy Club. Always good to have a good laugh.

Finally made it out and they did not disappoint. The venue is very nice. I went to the open mic night and everyone was so hilarious. The food and drinks were delicious. We had the wings, fries, and the loaded tots. Also the banshee-rita, majorly on point! So excited to have a club in the valley!

A nice addition to Manteca! I went for lunch and had the Chicken bacon Wrap. My friend had the puppy chow tater tots. Yum! The best flavor combos. Delicious. The atmosphere is nice. Great place to grab a bite! They’re open for lunch Wednesday - Sunday. I haven’t seen a comedy show yet, but I’m definitely planning on it! I heard nothing but great things about the comedians and the shows!

Walking into the Deaf Puppy Comedy Club, I didn’t know what to expect, but I left with my cheeks aching from laughter and my heart full of joy. This gem in downtown Manteca is a must-visit for anyone looking for a good laugh and a great time.

Showed up over an hour early for the show and was greeted by the security guard who informed us of the club rules and how seating was going to be first come first serve. The bar/waiting area is a little small but fine for the arrival of early guests. When the showroom opened, we were seated front row right in front of the stage. We ordered a couple drinks and food and remained seated there for over 30 minutes. Just before the show was going to start, we were relocated to the side and just behind the stage and had a perfect view of the back of each comedians head. The seating was unorganized and they kept packing more tables and chairs into an already small venue 5 minutes before the start of the show. Once we were moved, it also gave the wait staff a hard time to locate us and prolonged the arrival of our food. The wait staff did what they could despite everyone being packed in like sardines. The 2 stars are for food/beverage pricing being reasonable and the wait staff. The comedians were funny but the venue doesnt have a reflection on the performance. Still willing to attend another event at this venue and give it another shot, will update my review when that happens.

Update: Was refunded for tickets after review was posted. Wasn't reviewing for that reason, but glad to see the manager getting on top of it. It was admitted that the show we saw was oversold and that side seating is a "standard procedure" at all major comedy clubs, but that doesn't take away from the sudden change in seating right before the show and the confusion that it brought. I'm all for having a comedy club more local than Tommy T's in Pleasanton, and am glad to support the business, but there's definitely some stuff that needs to get sorted.

This place is a blessing. Manteca has needed a communal place to unwind for years. Some people go to church, etc to be uplifted… we go to this comedy club. Do yourself a tremendous favor and support Deaf Puppy! Thank you Chris!

You know that warm feeling you get in your crotch when they inject you with the dye right before an MRI? That's the feeling I get every time I visit Deaf Puppies!
