Everything was great. The location. The cleanliness. The amenities. The people. Nothing fancy. Just right. We’re planning on stopping there again on our way home. They gave us a room on the ground floor on the side where there was a perfect place to walk my service dog.

Positive: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Negative: The toilet seat was about to come off, one of the bolts was really loose. The tub was installed incorrectly, the bottom wasn't resting on anything and was unstable: i almost lost my balance a couple of times. Breakfast didn't have any protein or fruit.

Hospitality of the staff was great, room was cleaned but localization seems old and needs a lot of updates. For the price per night I was expecting something better. Breakfast was included, but the only options were bread or bagels with coffee or juice.

No!! I found the same room at better rate online. He would match price but only a smoking room. I had to pay more for a nonsmoking room? Then, we found a cockroach on the floor. I went to desk but no discount or help in any way. Told us we could leave and get refund. With 2 kids, ready for bed and no hotel within a few hours…we had to stay. No choice. We zipped up our luggage and prayed for the best. I posted a photo of the roach but it was removed.

Room surprisingly big, AC worked really well which in June is very much appreciated. Water pressure and hot water very quick. TV could be bigger, no biggie for me. More lighting would be good since I tend to read books at night vs. tv. When 1st arrived asked staff to mop floors during the next cleaning, which they were quite accommodating, no issues since 1st day, refrig is larger than cube, so able to keep a lot of food/beverages cold during stay. Rooms quiet, booked up for golf tournament. Beds comfortable.

My room was supposed to be wheelchair accessible but it was not. Everything else was amazing. Nice place. Breakfast was a joke however.Glad there was a Hardee's and Wendy's in the same area

I've stayed at Days Inn Biscoe twice since November 2023, while visiting my kids and new twin granddaughters. Although the location is out of the way (behind a Tractor Supply and a truck stop), and the outside of building isn't impressive, both of my stays there were top notch! The rooms are spacious, have vinyl wood flooring, are very nicely decorated, and above all, IMMACULATE! The owners/operators of this location have to had invested a lot into updating their rooms, including the the bedding. I'm permanently disabled with severe spinal, joint and degenerative conditions that make it virtually impossible for me to sleep in any bed other than my own, but these mattresses are SO incredibly comfortable (along with the quality and comfort of their pillows!) that I actually slept through the night on my last visit. 😳😍 The only recommendations I have are to get bigger TV's in the rooms at some point...it's a little difficult for me to see the TV from the bed, even wearing my glasses, and anyone in the bed closest to the door in the double queen rooms would have difficulty as well, I imagine. Secondly, it would be great if they could upgrade the coffee makers in the room...although they do serve fresh coffee in the office in the mornings, I'm a late riser. Small improvements for me that do NOT change my opinion about this establishment. Management and housekeeping are friendly, professional, and accommodating. 😊 This will be my go to place for overnight accommodations whenever I am in the Troy area! The photo is of the king room with the jacuzzi tub on my most recent stay. As you can see in the background reflection off the mirrors, the room is extremely spacious!

Positive: The location and availability Negative: I was unhappy with the uncleanliness of room sticky floors, hair in bathroom, hard and uncomfortable squeaky bed. The motel Manager was very rude disrespectful and dismisses, he has no business in any customer service.
