Amy Hill is amazing.
The love, care, and passion she has for the patients there is outstanding.

You can tell the patients love her very much and she treats them like her own family.

I enjoy going to visit and help with activities once a month there.

You won’t find a facility with better staff members than Cypress Cove. As soon as you enter the building you are greeted with a warm hello from Michelle Guinan at the front desk. They treat the residents like family and try to make each day special for them. The Social Worker, Kim Moody, has a heart of gold and always advocates for her patients. Amy Hill is the activities director and she is constantly finding new ways to keep the residents entertained and happy. They are truly kind people and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to place a loved one.

I became acquainted with Cypress Cove Center several years ago as a REALTOR volunteer. We were so impressed with the staff, the loving atmosphere, the dedication, and the happy residents. We have remained active in doing hands-on projects, playing games, providing snacks, and have always been amazed at the many ways the activity director, Amy, and her team engage with residents, co-workers, and guests alike. This Center is a safe place, a happy place...it is HOME!!

The facility at Cypress Cove and the staff are AMAZING!!! I have had a great experience with everyone from the receptionist, office manager, marketing director, activities coordinator, clinical staff, and the discharge planner!!! I would highly recommend Cypress Cove for my family!

I just want to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate what you sweet people do!! Amy Hill is such a wonderful coordinator as far as the Extracurricular Activities!! It's such a pleasure to see her Pure Excitement & the Love that she has for her job!! I always look forward to seeing what they're doing there weekly!

I came to Cypress Cove about 2 years ago. I knew as soon as I walked in the door that I was somewhere special. There is a spirit in the air. Others who have come along since me have told me the same thing. There is a feeling of family, commitment and caring.
