I forgot to bring a prescription from home when I visited Las Vegas for a week. My doctor ordered 10 tablets to be filled at this CVS at Windmill and S. Las Vegas Blvd. I got a message saying they couldn't fill it because insurance wouldn't cover it. So I went in person to the store. The Pharmacy Manager Kenny told me he'd correct the situation and within 10 minutes I was out of there with my pills. He called me by name and made me feel like I was important. Well done, Kenny and CVS.

They rarely have anything you come to shop for. Also, for 6 straight weeks, they keep saying that the restroom is broken. What does this mean? How long does it take to so-call fix? Where do the employees go during their shift? Too many places cousin restroom is broken so you can use it. Then, you have to scan your own items because too many CVS stores leave the front. I find it humorous when they stand there watching you scan. Well, they're the trained ones, why not ring it up? If I didn't have to come here, I wouldn't.

CVS is apparently a liberal woke store. They do not stop thieves from taking merchandise. That cost paying customers. We must be stupid. The employee told me instead of providing security to stop thieves, they removed shopping baskets instead. This way the shoplifters have to take less in their arms and hands only. HOW stupid it the CVS board of directors.

Came to CVS to get a flu shot for school and the staff were some of the best I’ve ever encountered. They were very friendly and helpful and I will definitely be coming back to this location. The pharmacy department rocks at this location.

This place succs. They misinform people and turn them away without doing their due diligence. They tried to turn me away because they didn’t accept my wife’s ins and when she called and asked why they stopped accepting it, we came to find that they in fact DID still accept her insurance. The lady didn’t know WTH she was talking about. Just didn’t wanna help. Then on a separate occasion, I went to picc up my own prescription and they tried to charge me which never happened before. I asked why and the guy just pointed at the bag with the price on it, which wasn’t helpful. Then I specifically asked if they had my silver summit on file and he said yes. So I call my insurance, then they call the pharmacy on three way. Came to find that they DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE ON FILE FOR ME. This dude just lied to me cuz he was too LAZY to checc. So yea this place succs I’ll be switching to Walgreens

I've been going to store 8784 to deposit cash into my Capital One account for a while now, usually after my graveyard shifts, with no issues—until I encountered Kevin. He’s refused to accept my cash deposits multiple times, citing inconsistent reasons. On 9/9/2024 at 2:30 AM, this time he claimed they don’t accept deposits after 9 PM, which is flat-out false, as I’ve deposited cash as late as 11 PM with other employees. The previous time before that he said that they cannot do it after the pharmacy closes, and the time before that he said he just won't flat out do it and refused to give me a reason.

When I politely questioned him, Kevin was rude, told me I was being disruptive, and asked me to leave. His attitude is unprofessional, and it’s frustrating that I can’t make deposits when he’s working. He is either lazy or does not know how to do it and each time he works I have to drive to walgreens or the CVS on the strip to make my deposits where they will gladly do it yet is inconvenient for me.

The other staff are great, but Kevin’s behavior is a major problem. This store is usually convenient, but his actions are making it difficult for me to get what I need done.

I come here all the time. The clerks are as patient as they can be for being on the strip dealing with these new people seeking a problem . People that complain all the time are the problem , not someone doing you a service . #AcrossThestreetAtTheOne 😉

I left my old review to shame myself a little for acting out of anxiety. I will say about timing that you should be aware that just like the doctors office, you may have to wait to be seen with an appointment . With that being said, the physician was lovely and kind and listened and gave wonderful recommendations. This service is a wonderful convenience.

(previous message)
No point in making an appointment at the Minute Clinic. Times mean nothing. Instead of giving each appointment 30min or more to calculate for the appointment to go longer, they make you wait and say “Well, you have to wait 🤷🏼‍♀️” When you make an appointment and allocate what you need to do, it should automatically make your appointment a certain length to accommodate. If it’s less time…BONUS!!!! I really don’t understand why this country doesn’t care about the health of its citizens…you want more people to spend more money? Healthy people spend more money 🤯🤯🤯🤯
