My experience was horrible. The people that take your vitals are extremely rude. It's pretty apparent that most of the ones up front hate their jobs. A particular phlebotomist laughed when I told her that I was feeling faintish during the plasma extraction. It shocked me when she did this considering she's in the medical field and expecting some professionalism. She obviously didn't take me seriously so I alerted another worker about my symptoms. The entire experience was scary. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is incredibly rude, spoke condescendingly and insulted me in Spanish thinking I didn't understand them. They didn't setup the machine properly, the glass centrifuge broke while I donated causing me not to get all my blood back, and as a result I was deferred for 8 weeks causing me financial hardship. I was told it was their fault, yet I am the one that was punished.

Not only you get payed very little, you get a blown vein from the phlebotomist not being careful and in a rush. Happened to both arms in the same visit. Be warned.

DON'T GO HERE !!!! CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CENTER !!!! If I could give this center lower than 1 star I would !!! The staff are rude and even insulted me. The wait isn't that bad but everyone seems so uneducated on what they do that it's almost scary to be putting my veins in ur very untrustworthy hands. I had a blowout and a phlebotomist told me that I should keep going on my donation while it was bubbling and extremely Painful. he then called 2 other phlebotomists who told him (1st one) " this is dumb I know that wouldn't hurt" and shortly after (2nd one) "that doesn't look good " they whispered about what colors are acceptable to be on the arm then quickly unhooked me after my first phlebotomist realized his mistake whilst simultaneously noticing that my sick area was well along to swelling and purple. I tried to file a verbal and written complaint but the person at the front desk said there was nobody I could talk too who was there and " no such thing " as a complaint form. She advised me to never come back and pointed me towards the door. So here I am. Just don't waste ur time or tears there. THERE ARE OTHER CSL CENTERS WITH EXPERIENCED WORKERS WHO CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE TAKING THE TIME TO DONATE!!!

Customer service is excellent please give Noe a raise he is the best!, it is a pretty good way to have extra income. Don't go Fridays or Saturdays because it's packed. Going after 5 times isn't worth it.
