I've been to CRDC twice needing help. The first time I went, I was turned away for coming on the wrong day. The second time I went and really needed help, I was the first person there waiting on the person from CRDC to get there. After waiting for 4 hours I was informed that the person from CRDC was not coming, they decided to switch days.
