Whom ever said this agency is bad, I can honestly tell you Richard was the best. He listened to me, took a lot of information and proceeded with a great letter to my apartment. Manager which did the trick
He quoted all these laws, mention that discrimination is not allowed and actually helped me with my needs gave her a time limit to get back to. Me and it worked.
Richard, thank you so very much. You made this happen for me you are the best. Wow. I know this case is closed but still you are awesome.
Take care Sir. Don't listen to bad raps. You know your job, you know the laws and I am so thankful for that.

Horrible I was supposed to get a call
Back right away from this lady that stated she helps with unemployment. She never called me back. I have no income. I have no insurance and she didn’t have the decency to even call me back. I was unfairly laid off by a horrible company. She asked for all these documents and told ne she ahold get an earlier unemployment interview. I mean I don’t know what is going with people in this town. Homeless people everywhere and now I can see why is because nobody cares. No human kindness anymore. Especially in Stockton, Ca. I am so frustrated.

The workers there act as if their customers are a burden. The station is rundown and unmaintained even though it was remodeled within the past year or so. And to top it off they tried to give me $8 in Quarters even though they had enough 5s and 1s to cover it. This is the service you can expect even when you come in smiling and speaking pleasantly with the workers as I always do. I won't go back thier if I can help it. This time I actually had them cancel my transaction and I took my business elsewhere.

Great with paperwork! Concerned, offered all the assistance they could without being attorneys. Should be a first or second stop for tenant issues.
